My name is Andrew and in recent years I have become a “fitness fiend”.
During this time period, I have worked my way up in the gym, lifting heavier weight week to week. Legs quickly became my favorite muscle group to train… yeah I know, who likes to train legs?!
What I quickly realized with lifting weights is that eventually you plateau with your lifts and your joints begin and ache and pain. Sometimes you wake up stiff and unable to move from the day before.
As you get older, this not becomes more common, but more of a detriment on your every day life.
I created this site to help everyone deal with the nagging pain they face on a daily basis.
